SGP Corporation was first established in 2001 under the name Alzaiter Consultancy & Associates. In 2006, in keeping with the company’s strategy to raise its profile and expand its investment activities, it was renamed SGP Group Corporation. Shortly after, in January 2008, following its accelerated growth and expansion curve, the company was restructured and re-branded as SGP Corp.
